I was in charge of creating a poster for Bagelmania's Bagel Eating Contest. Whenever I receive a large amount of information to include in a graphic, I try to condense the copy as much as possible. After condensing, I immediately think of ways to divvy the content to keep the reader engaged. In negative space, I try to incorporate fun graphics or colors that can grab the attention of people scrolling on social media feeds or walking by an ad on the street.
